Atari Hotels

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

1. Who we are

The Atari Hotels Phoenix project is developed and operated by Intersection Development, LLC and its project-specific entity Central RoRo, LLC (together, “Atari Hotels,” “we,” “us”), under license from Atari Interactive, Inc. Atari Interactive, Inc. does not operate this website and does not receive your personal information from us.

This policy covers www.atarihotels.com, including the homepage experience, the Hololoft Creator Suite and its design submission portal, and the investment information pages. Questions or requests: owners@atarihotels.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Hololoft design submissions — your name, contact email, optional social handle (Discord / Twitter / Instagram), optional designer notes, the images and/or video you upload, and, if you choose to include it, a snapshot of the reference layout you built in the Creator Suite (including the list and placement of reference furniture).
  • Investment interest — if you start the investment flow, the details you enter (such as name, email, phone number, and intended amount) are collected to begin your investment and are processed by our funding portal provider, DealMaker. The investment offering has its own privacy policy that applies in addition to this one.
  • Correspondence — anything you send us by email.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — pages viewed, interactions, approximate location (from IP), browser and device type, collected through the analytics services listed in Section 4.
  • Submission security data — when you submit a design we record your IP address, browser user-agent string, and referring page. We use these solely to prevent spam and abuse of the submission portal.
  • Ad attribution — if you arrive from an ad, campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and click identifiers) may be captured and, if you begin the investment flow, passed to DealMaker so we can measure which campaigns lead to investments.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 4.

3. How we use your information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the website and its experiences.
  • To review Hololoft design submissions, contact you about your entry, and — as described in the Submission Terms — feature selected submissions on livestreams, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • To process and follow up on investment interest via DealMaker.
  • To measure site performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • To detect and prevent spam, bots, fraud, and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including securities regulations.

Where EEA/UK law applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (processing your submission or investment), legitimate interests (site security, spam prevention, basic analytics), consent (marketing cookies in regions where consent is required), and legal obligation (securities compliance).

4. Analytics, cookies, and tracking

We use the following services, each of which may set cookies or collect usage data:

  • Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads — site analytics and advertising measurement. We use Google Consent Mode v2: for visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, ad and analytics storage default to denied and Google operates in cookieless, aggregated mode unless consent is granted. Ads data redaction is enabled for those regions.
  • Microsoft Clarity — session replay and heatmaps to understand how the site is used. Clarity operates cookieless in the EEA/UK/Switzerland.
  • Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregated page analytics from our hosting provider.
  • First-party measurement (x.atarihotels.com) — our own consent-aware traffic measurement.

You can limit cookies through your browser settings; the site remains functional without them.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that host and run the site: Vercel (hosting, private file storage for submissions), Bunny CDN (media delivery), Google, and Microsoft (analytics as described above).
  • DealMaker — our SEC-registered funding portal provider, if you begin the investment flow.
  • Adapt and the Atari Hotels review team — Hololoft design submissions (including your name and handle, but not your email or IP) may be reviewed publicly, e.g. on livestreams, per the Submission Terms.
  • Authorities — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and users.

6. Storage, security, and retention

  • Design submissions and their media are stored in a private storage bucket, accessible only to the authenticated review team — never via public links.
  • Admin access to the review dashboard is password-protected.
  • We keep submissions for as long as the design program runs and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner.
  • Security telemetry captured with submissions (IP, user agent) is kept only as part of the submission record and is used for anti-abuse purposes.
  • No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we use commercially reasonable safeguards.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents: we do not sell or “share” personal information as defined by the CPRA, and we honor deletion requests.

To exercise any right, email owners@atarihotels.com from the address associated with your request. We will verify and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

8. Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Submitting a design through the Hololoft portal requires you to be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International visitors

The site is operated from the United States and information is processed on U.S.-based infrastructure. If you visit from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. We will post the new version here with an updated “Last updated” date; material changes may also be highlighted on the site.
