Design Submission Terms

These terms apply when you submit a design — images, video, reference layouts, notes, or any other material (your “Submission”) — through the Hololoft Creator Suite on atarihotels.com. By submitting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t submit.

• You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live).
• Submitting is free, voluntary, and does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with Atari Hotels or Adapt.

By submitting, you confirm that:

• the Submission is your own original work (AI-assisted tools are fine, as long as you have the right to use the output);
• it does not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights, and doesn’t include material you don’t have permission to use;
• it contains nothing unlawful, hateful, or obscene.

You keep ownership of your Submission. In exchange for the opportunity to have it reviewed and featured, you grant Atari Hotels (Intersection Development, LLC and Central RoRo, LLC), Adapt, and their affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, store, reproduce, display, publicly perform, edit for format (e.g. cropping or captioning), and share your Submission — including on livestreams, social media, websites, and in marketing for the Atari Hotels project — with attribution to the name or handle you provided where reasonably practical.

This license exists so we can actually show your work (for example, Adapt reviewing entries on stream). It does not give us ownership of your design, and you can keep using your work however you like.

• Review on stream or elsewhere is discretionary — submitting does not guarantee your work will be featured.
• Featuring a Submission is not a prize, payment, or award, and no purchase or payment is required to submit.
• We may decline or remove any Submission at our discretion (for example, if it violates Section 3).

The personal information you provide with a Submission (name, email, handle) is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Your email and technical data are never shown publicly; your name or handle may appear alongside your work when it is featured.

Questions, or want a Submission withdrawn? Email owners@atarihotels.com. We’ll remove withdrawn Submissions from future use, though content already published (e.g. a past stream) may remain.
